迪斯尼驗(yàn)廠注意事項(xiàng)：

1.首次審核：需提供至少最近12個(gè)月的工資工時(shí)記錄。如果是新廠，需提供至少 3個(gè)月的工資工時(shí)記錄。

2.跟進(jìn)審核：如果上次審核有工時(shí)工資問(wèn)題，一般情況下至少需要提供從上次審核月份之后兩

個(gè)月的完整工資工時(shí)記錄；另外審核當(dāng)月的工資和考勤記錄也需要提供查看，即自審核結(jié)束后至

當(dāng)月底。

3.如果上次審核有發(fā)現(xiàn)記錄不完整和/或透明度的問(wèn)題，即影響員工；混用員工；隱藏員工；在文

和/或員工訪談出現(xiàn)不一致，在跟進(jìn)審核時(shí)需要提供最近 12個(gè)月工資和考勤記錄。

4.審核范圍為同一營(yíng)業(yè)執(zhí)照下的所有范圍都覆蓋。

5. 最低合規(guī)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)：迪士尼要求所有從事生產(chǎn)迪士尼品牌產(chǎn)品的工廠至少要滿足最低合規(guī)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)（MCS）.為了達(dá)到MCS標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，工廠必須證明沒(méi)有在以下可能存在高風(fēng)險(xiǎn)或大多數(shù)勞工問(wèn)題的部分中出現(xiàn)違反情況：
